By using exanak.am you agree to the terms below. The document is current as of 1 April 2026.

What we provide

• Weather forecasts for Armenian settlements (informational, no absolute accuracy guarantee)
• Catalog of tours, lodging, transfers and car rentals from third-party partners
• A request form that goes directly to the offer's owner
• Editorial content — articles, descriptions of places, holidays, news

What we do NOT provide

• Tour, lodging, transport or rental services — those are the partners
• Price/availability accuracy guarantees — final confirmation comes from the partner
• Payment gateway — payment goes directly to the partner
• Refunds — if a conflict arises, we help resolve, but legally — it's your contract with the partner

How the request works

When you submit a request:

• We forward your contact and request data to one or more partners with matching offers
• The partner contacts you — that's their responsibility
• Price, terms, contract — between you and the partner
• exanak.am is an intermediary, not a contract party

If a specific partner doesn't respond or behaves incorrectly — write to us. We can affect their reputation in our system and remove them from the listing if complaints accumulate.

What's forbidden

• Using the site for spam or automated data collection
• Submitting fake requests — it disrupts partners and our service
• Republishing our content without permission, except the weather widget
• Registering as a partner without a real business

Widget

The weather widget (/widget) can be embedded on any site for free. Condition — keep an active link to exanak.am (any format, any style).

Changes to terms

We may change terms — we'll announce changes on the homepage 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree with the new terms — just stop using the service.

Jurisdiction
