Privacy policy

This page explains what data we collect, why and to whom we forward it. The document is current as of 1 April 2026 and is updated as the service evolves.

What data we collect

• Contact — name, phone, email or Telegram you provide in the request form
• Request — dates, group size, selected object (tour / hotel / transfer / car), preferences
• Technical — IP, browser type, country, language — for anti-spam and analytics
• Cookies — for remembering theme (light/dark), language and filters

How we use it

Contact and request data is forwarded to the owner of the specific offer you enquired about: the object is determined by the page the form was sent from, or by your selection in it.

Technical data is used for analytics and anti-spam — we don't sell it to ad networks or build user profiles.

Where we forward

Only to partners — those whose object you selected or whose segment matches your request. Partners are required to keep data confidential and use it only to respond to you.

We do NOT pass your data to:

• Ad networks
• Third parties without your knowledge
• Countries without adequate data protection

How long it's stored

Requests and contacts — 12 months from last touch. Auto-deleted after that. Technical logs — 90 days.

Your rights

• Request a copy of your data — write to [email protected]
• Delete your data — same email, deleted within 7 days
• Revoke consent to forwarding — no new data goes out, but already sent can't be recalled

Cookies

We use the minimum: theme (light/dark), language (ru/hy/en), saved filters. Analytics — anonymous (no user identification). Full opt-out via browser settings — the site continues to work, but preferences won't be remembered.
